“Dzyga” Scholarships

In 2009 “Dzyga” will  award scholarships to:
-    Jurij Izdryk  /edition of the book/
-    Anatolij Zfizhynskyj /edition of the next issue of the magazine “Kinets’-Kintsem”. Subtitle -“ Voice of Artist”/
-    Vlodko Kaufman / new projects “Zhyvyts’ja”/Tree Soft Resin, “Ptahoterapija”/”Bird therapy” and others
-    10 the most perspective & active young jazzmen –members of “JazzClub.L’viv” /educational programs, master-classes, workshops in Poland and Ukraine/
-    Dana Vynnytska, Nastja Lytvynjuk, Ihor Hnydyn /group “ShockolaD”/ -/issue of two new albums in 2009/

“MT-3” /”Dzyga” Production/

“MT-3” jazz band was said to be a godsend of the Festival “Flugery L’vova -2008”   Their jazz programs are inspired by lyric poetry of famous Ukrainian writers /Ivan Franko, Bohdan-Ihor Antonych, Hryts’ko Chubaj/.  Future plans of the group will include jazz interpretations of the poetry of other countries /Brodsky, Slovatsky, Chekhovych/. Multilingual talent of  Martyn Tverdun /leader, vocal/  is a lucky chance to exercise culture- interpenetration’s jazz experiments   

Art Association “Dzyga” can’t but produce such like jazz-literature projects. In 2009 it is planed  to organize a number of “MT-3” concerts in Ukraine and abroad. The end of the year “MT-3” will celebrate with a new CD.
